The requirements are as follows:

You are required to be nude.
You must be willing to show your face on camera and in photographs distributed over the Internet.
We use conventional BDSM toys:

You must be legally able to work in the United States of America.
You must have two pieces of identification verifying your age; a driver’s license, state ID card, passport, SS card, or other verifiable documentation

The following questions do not indicate nor imply that any specific activity listed or described on this page will take place during a shoot at The Attic. This is merely a questionnaire to determine your level of openness to the genre in general.

We work within any limits you, the model, have set forth.

Physical: Please list any physical conditions you have that may be irritated by or impede your ability to work with us. For example, heart conditions, circulatory problems, asthma, shoulder injuries, other joint injuries, T.M.J., breast implants, allergies to latex, menthol, pepper or ginger. Pregnancy, stretch marks from child birth, scars, tattoos, piercings, surgeries or broken bones in the last two years.

Photos: If we do not receive photos it is likely we will simply discard your application. You must include clear shots of your face and your FULL body so we can get an excellent idea of what you look like. If you do not provide pictures sufficient to give us an idea of what you look like it is also very likely that we will discard your application.

Photos need to be in .jpg format, and should be 500K or less in size and no larger than 1024x768 pixels in size. To submit more than one photo please add them to a .zip file to submit them.
