To login to the site do the following:

Go straight to the 'Stroke It' page. Locate the images or video you wish to access. This will cause a login prompt to appear. Enter your login credentials to download the material.

If you decide to stream the video, versus right clicking and selecting 'Save As' and saving it directly to your hard drive, you may be prompted to enter your login credentials again. This is normal. Streaming video causes some media players to also require the login credentials be entered.

Once you have successfully logged in you will not be prompted to do so again.
