1) All customer data is kept on a secure server and no person has authority to view this information except on a need to know basis.
2) Into the Attic does not sell, distribute or share its customer information with any other entity. All customer information stays within our secure server with the strictest of confidence.
3) All customer data is destroyed 90 days after a customer discontinues their active subscription. In cases of fraud, customer data is held indefinitely as a means of tracking and identifying these fraudulent cases.
4) The above policies apply only to Into the Attic. Credit card companies themselves may in fact maintain customer data of their own in order to identify cases of fraud and or provide customers with regress. You should read the privacy policy of the credit card company you use for their policies regarding privacy.
5) Into the Attic will never send customers unsolicited emails except in cases where the customer needs site or billing support.
